ONE MONTH · ONE TO ONE
You know something needs to change. You can feel it: it’s time for something new. But life keeps happening, and somehow the thing you really want keeps getting pushed back.
Qtep:in is one month of personal support to get clear on what you really want, choose a direction and take a meaningful step.
I call you. We go for a walk. We get to the heart of it. And I hold you to the step we agree on.
Before the month is over,
your next chapter is already taking shape.

You have ideas. You can see the possibilities. Or perhaps you don’t know exactly what you want. But you know you don’t want more years of the same.
In your head, you’ve already made the move.
In real life, little has changed.
There’s always something. A busy week. Someone who needs you. Not enough energy. Another task on the list. One more thing to do. And just when you find a moment to begin, life interrupts.
You tell yourself you’ll come back to it when things settle down, because you don’t want to push past your limits. But things rarely settle down, do they?
Over the next 4 weeks, I invite you to make room for what truly matters to you in the life you’re living today. With one step that matters enough to make a difference, and feels clear enough to take today.
Because once you put something in motion, the world responds. When you take that step, things begin to happen. Someone responds. A conversation opens a door. You discover possibilities you couldn’t have seen from where you were standing.
The one thing to let go of?
Your familiar ways of thinking and doing that keep you where you are.
More than you might think.
“I suddenly realised how much I was overcomplicating things. Within a month, I’d put together a new offer, got it out there and had my first five paying clients. Honestly, I hadn’t expected anything like that.”
Kris, entrepreneur
“As a mum, I was always looking after everyone else. Géraldine helped me see what I was doing. It wasn’t easy to hear, but it helped me change how I organised my days and where I set my boundaries. I’ve got my energy back and feel like my happy self again. I’m so grateful.”
Isabel, mum
“Géraldine asked the questions I’d avoided asking myself. After years of doubt, I finally decided to sell my shares in the business. Within two weeks, I was talking to a potential buyer.”
Jeroen, entrepreneur
Personal. Honest. Straight to the heart of things. You put what you discover into practice in your own life, with one concrete step, support between calls and room to adjust. After 4 weeks, you leave with clarity and real experience to build on.
There’s a lot going on. But what really needs to change right now? The life map and visualisation help you see what you want and what’s holding you back.
I’ll call you and we’ll both head out for a walk. I challenge you where you’re holding yourself back. We explore the underlying pattern and possibilities you may not see yet.
Choosing a direction is one thing. Acting on it is another. We make it specific on WhatsApp. What's holding you back? What’s the step? When will you take it? You know what you’re committing to, and I’ll check in on it.
Once you begin, doubts and old habits tend to show up. You send me an update. Maybe it’s going well. Maybe you’ve hit a wall or started talking yourself out of it. Tell me. We’ll look at what’s happening and what would help.
You now have something you didn’t have a month ago: experience with the step you chose. During our walking call we examine what it taught you and use it to choose what comes next.

I’ve lived in Portugal, São Tomé and Ghent. My interests took me from business, economics and innovation to psychology, neuroscience and the subconscious. I worked at a financing institution and a mindfulness institute. I started a business, then another.
Each time, a new chapter.
Each time, closer to the life I wanted to live.
Over ten years, I’ve worked with more than 3,500 people in transformative training programmes and retreats. I’ve seen how insight can open up new possibilities. And how hard it can still be to live by what you’ve learned.
How do you turn what you understand into something you do?
How do you build a life that reflects what you really want?
That’s what I care about, in my work and in my own life. With step:in, we’ll look at what you want, what keeps getting in the way and what you can do now. I’ll listen. I’ll be honest with you. And I’ll remind you of what you said mattered when you start putting it off again.
“On our walk, we agreed I’d write a first draft of my book. That felt like a big deal — I hadn’t even managed to finish one chapter. But I actually did it. And for the first time, I knew what story I really wanted to tell.”
Anouk, professor and author.
“I thought I told my husband everything. During the call, I discovered how much I held back. As I learned to speak openly and be honest with myself, we found our way back to each other. That was the most beautiful outcome I could have imagined.”
Melanie
“I thought my next step was a new job. Géraldine challenged me to propose a new role within my company. More freedom, impact and better pay. An outcome I hadn’t expected, and it turns out it was exactly what I wanted for my next chapter.”
Peter
Give it one month. Together, we’ll get clear on what you want and help you put it in motion.

After payment, you receive a registration form and choose a time for your walk. On weekdays, early mornings, lunchtimes and times after 9 pm are also possible. You can usually start within two weeks.
I call you at the agreed time. We each walk wherever we are. Choose a quiet route where you can walk and talk freely. Bring a charged phone and, ideally, earphones. Rain forecast? Grab a jacket with a hood and you’re ready.
That’s okay. You don’t have to turn up with a clear goal and a five-point plan. “I don’t want to keep doing this” is enough to start. We’ll work out what’s underneath it during the preparation phase and the walking call.
Allow around 3.5 hours for the preparation and our conversations, spread across a month:
You’ll also need time for the step you choose. How much depends on what you want to do. If time is tight, we take that into account when we agree on your step. Walking calls can take place on weekdays in the early morning, at lunchtime or after 9 pm.
Many people who come to me already have plenty of insight. They know themselves well. The difficulty is putting that knowledge into practice in everyday life. Maybe you know yourself pretty well by now. But there’s still that thing you keep meaning to do. That’s where we’ll focus: choosing a step, actually trying it and talking through what happens.
You don’t have to resolve your whole life in four weeks. You can take action on something you’ve been putting off. Kris launched his offer and found his first five paying clients. Jeroen decided to sell his shares and met a potential buyer two weeks later. Your step may look very different. A month is short enough to keep momentum and long enough to get something moving.
Then tell me. We’ll look at what got in the way. Maybe the step needs to be smaller. Maybe we haven’t quite got to the real issue yet. Maybe the step is too vague or more daunting than you expected? That’s what the check-ins are for. I hold you to your intention, ask questions and help you adjust so you can keep going.
No. Sometimes the brave thing is saying what you actually want. Asking a question. Saying no. Sending the first version. We’ll look for the step that matters to you, whatever it looks like. Big enough to matter to you. Its value lies in what it opens up.
Absolutely. Your relationship, energy, boundaries, friendships or way of living are just as valid a starting point as your work or business. You bring what needs attention.
A different setting can help you look at a familiar question differently. Walking can give you a little distance from your screen, your usual surroundings and your familiar roles and stories. The conversation stays focused, with more room to breathe. It can become easier to notice which thoughts are noise and which open up a useful direction. And you don’t have to travel anywhere to meet me. Put your shoes on, take your phone and head out.
Usually within two weeks, depending on availability. If the diary is full, you’ll choose a later start date. After payment, you register and choose your walking times. On weekdays, early mornings, lunchtimes and times after 9 pm are also possible.
A clearer sense of what matters, a direction you’ve chosen and a concrete step you can take and refine.
By acting, you discover things you couldn’t know in advance: what works, what gets in your way and which possibilities emerge. In our final walking call, we explore what you want to do with that experience and choose your next step.
